This role supports the Executive Director in driving the organization's advancement strategy, with a strong focus on partnership development, strategic communications, and grant acquisition which involves identifying and securing grant opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential donors, and building partnerships that advance the mission
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead grant sourcing, proposal development, donor engagement, fundraising campaigns, partnership management, and organizational communications.
- Managing social media, outreach materials, stakeholder relations, grant compliance, and digital content to strengthen visibility, funding opportunities, and sustainable partnerships aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3–4 years of experience in grants, fundraising, partnerships, or communications.
- Strong proposal writing, stakeholder engagement, social media, project management, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Google Apps, and digital communication tools required.
