Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and domestic coffee machines.
- Perform routine servicing and emergency repairs at client locations.
- Install and test new machines to ensure proper operation.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and client reports.
- Provide technical support and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure high-quality support delivery
Requirements:
- A minimum of an OND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Technical training or certification in appliance repair or electronics (preferred).
- Manufacturer training (e.g., La Marzocco, Jura, Nuova Simonelli) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in appliance or equipment repair (coffee machines preferred).
- Experience with commercial-grade espresso machines is a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel to client locations.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy equipment when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a service team.
- Time management and documentation/reporting skills.
