Job Summary
The Coffee Barista will be responsible for understanding the different types of coffee beverages and mastering their preparation. The ideal candidate must know how to operate coffee machines, educate customers and colleagues on the various categories of coffee, and prepare and serve each beverage with professionalism and grace.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages according to company standards
- Operate, clean, and maintain all coffee machines and brewing equipment.
- Educate customers and staff about different coffee types, origins, and preparation methods.
- Ensure consistent beverage quality and presentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification; additional certification in hospitality or beverage service is an advantage.
- 1–2 years of proven experience as a barista or in a coffee/beverage environment.
- Sound knowledge of coffee types, brewing techniques, and machine operation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance, attention to detail, and a passion for coffee.
