Abroaducate is an AI-powered study abroad platform that helps students navigate the process of studying internationally, from choosing a country and institution to completing applications. We have a live product, real users, and early revenue. The company was built by a solo founder with deep domain expertise and a 200,000+ audience in the international education space.

About this role

This is not a job. It is a founding role.

You will join as co-founder with meaningful equity (20–30%), long-term ownership, and full accountability for a critical function of the business. We are looking for someone who wants to build, not execute instructions, and who is energized by the early stage of a startup with existing traction.

What you will own

We are open to the right person across any of these tracks:

Technical track (CTO) — Product development, AI integrations, platform architecture, and engineering execution. You own the product roadmap and how it gets built.

Business / Growth track (CGO or COO) — Revenue growth, partnerships, go-to-market strategy, and operational systems. You own how the business scales.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in your chosen track, technical, business, or both
• Comfortable operating without structure, salary, or guaranteed outcomes at the outset
• Genuine interest in EdTech, international education, or AI-powered consumer products
• A builder mindset, you want ownership of outcomes, not a job description
• Able to commit full-time or near full-time remotely
