Our client, a growing food service business, is seeking experienced, proactive, and sales-driven Cluster Managers to oversee daily operations across multiple food carts within assigned locations

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple branches or business units within the assigned cluster.
- Ensure all locations meet company standards, operational policies, and performance targets.
- Monitor business performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
- Set performance goals and evaluate the performance of branch managers and their teams.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff across the cluster.
- Analyse sales reports, operational data, and performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure consistent customer service delivery across all locations.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource allocation within the cluster.
Requirement:
- Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline. Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in restaurant operations, food service, retail, FMCG sales, distribution, or field supervision.
- Experience managing multiple outlets, kiosks, food carts, or field teams is an advantage.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and interpret performance reports.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar reporting tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, numeracy, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and commercial awareness.
- Willingness to travel between assigned locations and undertake regular field supervision.
