Job summary
We are hiring a smart, experienced, and result-driven Manager to oversee the daily operations of a fast-growing hospitality outlet (Club/Lounge). The ideal candidate must understand hospitality operations, customer experience, staff supervision, and nightlife management
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the club/lounge
- Supervise staff activities and ensure professionalism at all times
- Monitor customer service standards and resolve customer complaints promptly
- Coordinate opening and closing procedures
- Manage stock, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Ensure cleanliness, ambience, and operational efficiency of the outlet
- Drive sales and improve customer retention
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and security procedures
- Coordinate entertainment, events,
and promotional activities where necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience managing a club, lounge, bar, or hospitality outlet
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and customer relationship skills
- Ability to work under pressure and during late hours/weekends
- Basic knowledge of inventory and cash management
- Must reside within or around Rumuagholu, SARS Road, Eliozu, Rukpokwu, or nearby areas
