Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cloud Technology Marketer, based in Lagos. The Cloud Technology Marketer will be responsible for building and implementing marketing campaigns focused on promoting Savannaa’s cloud solutions, generating leads, and increasing brand awareness. The role involves strategic planning, market research, content creation, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, the marketer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage digital campaigns, engage in customer outreach, and organize product launches to drive growth and adoption of Savannaa’s offerings.
Qualifications
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, and Social Media Marketing
- Proficiency in Marketing Strategy Development, Campaign Management, and Audience Targeting
- Strong skills in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Marketing Communication
- Knowledge of Cloud Technology, Software as a Service (SaaS), and emerging tech trends
- Data Analysis and Reporting skills, including KPI tracking and performance evaluation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience in cloud infrastructure services or similar technology industries is a plus
- Innovative approach to problem-solving and passion for technology-driven solutions
What you'll do
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Savanna's products and services
- Drive B2B sales - identify prospects, pitch, negotiate, and close deals
- Create compelling product narratives, decks, and marketing collateral
- Manage the full sales pipeline using CRM tools - from lead to close
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and strategic partners
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to sharpen strategy
- Report on sales performance, pipeline health, and marketing ROI
What we're looking for
You are a hunter and a storyteller. You can identify a qualified lead, build a genuine rapport, and close, then craft the messaging that makes the next lead come to you.
- Minimum 2 years of product marketing or tech sales experience
- Proven B2B sales track record - demonstrate your numbers
- Strong understanding of SaaS, digital products, or technology solutions
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience managing a sales pipeline
- Ability to create high-quality pitch decks and marketing materials
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
