Role: Cloud Engineer

Location: Remote

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and manage cloud-native

infrastructure that powers Joveo's global platform. You will build resilient,

scalable, and cost-optimized cloud systems — ensuring our infrastructure

grows with the business without compromising performance or reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and deploy cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or Azure

- Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or similar tooling

- Optimize cloud resource utilization and manage cost governance

- Design networking, security groups, IAM policies, and access controls

- Support engineering teams with cloud migrations and modernization projects

- Build runbooks and disaster recovery procedures for critical systems

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Deep hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform

- Proficiency in Terraform, Pulumi, or AWS CDK for infrastructure provisioning

- Knowledge of networking fundamentals — VPCs, subnets, DNS, load balancers

- Experience with cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks

- Familiarity with Kubernetes, ECS, or serverless compute platforms

- Cloud certification (AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional, or equivalent) preferred
