Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits and ensure audit readiness
- Implement and manage CAPA processes
- Ensure compliance with GCP, GLP, and regulatory standards
- Review SOPs, protocols, and quality documentation
- Support quality oversight across clinical and laboratory operations
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure compliant sample handling and documentation
- Train staff on quality systems and compliance requirements
Requirements:
- Degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or related field
- 2–5+ years QA experience in clinical research or laboratory settings
- Strong knowledge of GCP, GLP, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience with audits and CAPA management
- Logistics/sample chain experience is an advantage
