About the role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Clinical Director to lead our clinical operations and ensure the highest standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for advancing healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide leadership and oversight of all Hospital services and programs.
•Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies, protocols, and quality standards.
•Supervise and mentor clinical staff, ensuring continuous professional development.
•Collaborate with other departments to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
•Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Medical degree (MBBS, or equivalent)
• 5 years of clinical practice, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to foster teamwork and drive innovation in clinical services.
