Relationship Officer
Job summary
The Client & Staff Relationship Officer is responsible for managing relationships between the company, its clients, and deployed staff. The role ensures excellent client satisfaction, staff engagement, prompt resolution of workplace issues, compliance with company policies, and smooth day-to-day operations at client sites.

Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess staff performance and satisfaction.
- Address and resolve client complaints promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Provide timely updates to management on client feedback and concerns.
- Ensure clients receive exceptional service at all times.
Staff Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular communication with deployed staff.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
- Address staff concerns, grievances, and workplace challenges.
- Ensure staff comply with company policies and client expectations.
- Conduct routine welfare checks and engagement activities.
Operations & Compliance:
- Coordinate staff onboarding and deployment processes.
- Ensure deployed staff complete all required documentation before resumption.
- Monitor staff confirmation, transfers, resignations, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and deployment data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client service agreements.
- Escalate critical issues requiring management intervention.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare weekly and monthly client relationship reports.
- Document complaints, investigations, and resolutions.
- Track staff performance and disciplinary records.
- Maintain accurate communication logs with clients and staff.
- Submit operational updates to management as required.
Business Support:
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and staff retention.
- Participate in client meetings and operational reviews..
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, HR, client service, or employee relations.
- Experience working in a recruitment or outsourcing company is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
- Customer service orientation.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and staff simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
