Client Service Representative
Job summary
We are a diagnostics centre seeking a client service representative to manage client interactions and support daily operations. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and strong communication skills due to the sensitive nature of healthcare services.

Responsibilities:
- Attend to clients professionally at the front desk and via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Schedule appointments and accurately document client information
- Provide correct information about diagnostic services and processes
- Coordinate with laboratory and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally
- Maintain confidentiality of client records and information
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND or HNDĀ in any relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in client service or customer-facing roles
- Experience in healthcare or diagnostics is an added advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Basic computer proficiency, including email and data entry
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional conduct
- Punctuality and reliability are nonnegotiable
- Ability to remain calm and respectful under pressure
- Attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures
