Client Service Officer
Job summary
The idea candidate will be required to market the company's insurance ERP to clients, collaborate and provide software training and timely responses to inquiries as well as identify clients software challenges.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the company teams to provide software training to clients on how to use customised software applications
- Provide timely and thorough responses to clients’ inquiries and requests to ensure their satisfaction.
- Identify the client’s software issues and liaise with the appropriate department to resolve them
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that clients’ needs are met.
- Participate in the presentation of the company’s ERP to prospective clients.
- Market the company’s insurance ERP to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in insurance and business administration with knowledge of IT.
- 1-3 years of experience in client service.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
