Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, warm, and digitally-savvy Client Care, Sales & Digital Support Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our wellness clients. This role combines client relationship management, sales follow-up, consultation support, and digital engagement, ensuring excellent customer experience across WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and online platforms.
The ideal candidate must be empathetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced integrative health environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Care & Support
•
Respond promptly to client inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media DMs
•
Book, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on wellness and medical consultations
•
Guide clients on consultation packages, wellness programs, and product usage (within approved guidelines)
•
Maintain professional, compassionate communication with patients and caregivers
•
Track client records, follow-ups, and feedback accurately
Sales & Revenue Support
•
Convert inquiries into paid consultations and product orders
•
Follow up on leads, abandoned chats, and pending payments
•
Educate clients on available wellness packages, promotions, and product bundles
•
Coordinate order processing, delivery tracking, and after-sales support
•
Meet monthly sales and conversion targets
Digital & Administrative Support
•
Support online platforms (website orders, Google Forms, booking links, CRM tools)
•
Assist with content posting, comment replies, and inbox management (as assigned)
•
Update client databases, spreadsheets, and reports
•
Work closely with the marketing and operations team to improve client experience
•
Escalate medical or technical issues appropriately to senior team members
Required Qualifications
•
Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree (Health, Business, Communication, or related field is an advantage)
•
1–3 years experience in customer service, sales support, digital support, or healthcare admin
•
Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
•
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, email, basic CRM tools and social media management
•
Good computer skills (Google Docs, Sheets, Microsoft Office)
