Location: Hybrid (Near Maryland Mall, Lagos)

Work Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm

About the Role We are hiring two (2) Client Acquisition & Ticketing Officers to join our client in the travel and hospitality industry. The role blends client acquisition, study-abroad sales, and flight ticketing, with a strong focus on converting inbound inquiries into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

● Convert ads-generated inquiries into enrolled students

● Handle ticket bookings using Amadeus and manage PNR processes

● Drive ticket sales and earn commissions through consistent conversion

● Speak confidently with clients, understand their needs, and close deals

● Prepare student documentation including SOPs and required forms

● Support onboarding and process flow for study-abroad applications

● Maintain excellent customer service across travel and admissions

● Keep accurate records of sales, leads, and client engagements

Requirements:

● BSc degree (any discipline)

● Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, client acquisition, travel, hospitality, or a related field

● Strong communication, persuasion, and client-facing skills

● Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or study abroad is an advantage

● Familiarity with Amadeus & PNR (training available if required)

● Strong writing skills, especially for SOPs and documentation

● Organised, proactive, and open to learning

KPIs:

● 100 study-abroad student conversions (per year) (9 per month)

● ₦3,500 in ticket sales (per year) Salary & Benefits

● Base Salary: ₦100,000 monthly

● Commission: ₦100,000 per closed study-abroad transactional lea, 10% commission on flight ticket sales

● Performance-based earning structure
