We are seeking to hire a dynamic, corporate, and tech-savvy Client Acquisition & Growth Lead (Kubwa Workstation), a female professional to lead our client growth efforts at our Kubwa workstation. This is a hands-on, multifaceted role ideal for a self-starter who excels at turning prospects into loyal clients and building brand presence.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Management: Actively find, qualify, and follow up on new business leads.
- Client Acquisition & Management: Build and manage a growing clientele base for our business development services.
- Presentations & Proposals: Create compelling presentation documents, flowcharts, and proposals for clients.
- Digital Presence: Manage the company’s social media accounts to create awareness and generate engagement.
- Corporate Representation: Represent GDI Innovations professionally at meetings and events, maintaining excellent corporate attire and communication.
Multi-Tasking: Efficiently handle multiple tasks across business development, client service, and marketing.
Requirements:
- Education: A minimum of an HND or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Certification: At least one professional certification in Sales, Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, client acquisition, or marketing is an added advantage.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent Communication: Impeccable verbal and written English. Must be articulate and persuasive.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expert in creating presentation documents (e.g., PowerPoint/Canva) and flowcharts (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Strong working knowledge of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) for business.
- Corporate Demeanor: Always dressed corporately and smartly for official duties.
- Multi-Tasking: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick Learner: Ability to rapidly understand our services and the business development landscape.
- Tools: Must possess a smartphone. Having a personal computer/laptop is a significant added advantage.
- Availability: Must be ready to start work physically at our Kubwa workstation immediately upon employment.
Benefits:
- Remuneration: NGN 120,000 monthly during the probationary period.
