We are a growing printing and packaging business rebuilding our sales pipeline and looking for a hungry, street-smart Client Acquisition Officer ready to build something from the ground up and earn from it. This role is for someone who knows how to walk into businesses, build relationships, close deals, and turn one-off jobs into monthly retainers

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and onboard companies that require regular printing and packaging services
- Convert walk-in, cold, and warm leads into paying clients
- Personally manage accounts you bring in and grow them into recurring monthly clients
- Coordinate jobs between clients and production/design teams
- Handle quoting, negotiations, follow-ups, and renewals
- Track and grow revenue from your accounts month-on-month
- Act as the face of the company to your clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Experience in printing, packaging, advertising, FMCG, or agency sales is a plus
