Job Summary

The Client Account Specialist is responsible for managing client inquiries, responding to calls and messages promptly, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients. They attract and retaining clients while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Attract new clients and contribute to client acquisition strategies
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via calls, emails, or messages
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services
  • Support client engagement campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor client satisfaction and suggest improvements to service delivery



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in Client Account Management, Marketing, or a customer-facing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
