Responsibilities:
- Attract new clients and contribute to client acquisition strategies
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via calls, emails, or messages
- Address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services
- Support client engagement campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Monitor client satisfaction and suggest improvements to service delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in Client Account Management, Marketing, or a customer-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
