Job Title: Client Account Manager / Pricing Desk Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Client Account Manager / Pricing Desk Specialist to support client relationship management, international pricing, quotation preparation, and shipment coordination. The successful candidate will serve as a key link between customers, international partners, operations, and finance teams to ensure timely service delivery, accurate pricing, and excellent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts by responding to enquiries, providing timely updates, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Prepare and manage quotations, pricing requests, RFQs, and invoicing processes while ensuring accuracy and adherence to agreed timelines.
  • Coordinate shipment activities from booking through final delivery, working closely with operations and international partners.
  • Support business development efforts by following up on leads, identifying customer needs, and contributing to revenue growth initiatives.
  • Monitor and update customer shipment status, reports, and milestones to ensure visibility and accessibility of information.
  • Maintain accurate records, generate periodic reports, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, Customer Service, Pricing, or Key Account Management.
  • Proven experience managing international pricing requests, RFQs, quotations, invoicing, and customer accounts within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong understanding of import/export processes, shipment coordination, and freight forwarding operations.
  • Excellent customer relationship management, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional certifications in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding, or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
