Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations, manage cleaning staff, and ensure all areas meet hygiene and maintenance standards. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to lead by example.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure assigned areas are properly cleaned.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high cleaning standards.
- Train and guide cleaning personnel on procedures and safety practices.
- Manage cleaning schedules, supply inventory, and staff attendance.
- Report maintenance issues or shortages promptly.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or cleaning role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of cleaning tools, materials, and safety protocols.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and proactive.
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (One day off during the week)7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Remuneration: NGN 120,000 Monthly
