Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented.
Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a pristine environment throughout the premises
High-standard bathroom care: Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and toilets to perfection.
Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Follow established cleaning protocols and health regulations to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring timely turnaround of linens and guest clothing.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests or concerns in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to handle guest requests professionally.
A positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration is essential for success in this role.
