Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise students during practical and classroom sessions
- Coordinate student assignments across kitchen sections
- Maintain order, discipline, and professionalism at all times
- Track attendance, participation, and student conduct
- Act as the link between students, instructors, and management
- Ensure proper handling and use of kitchen tools and equipment
Inventory Responsibilities:
- Monitor ingredients and kitchen supplies
- Ensure proper storage and minimize wastage
- Track usage of materials during training sessions
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Support procurement and restocking processes
Requirements:
- OND, HND, or a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Experience in hospitality, administration, or supervisory roles (a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to enforce rules professionally and confidently
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
