Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests warmly with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
- Present menus, answer guest inquiries, and make well-informed recommendations for Chinese dishes and beverages.
- Accurately take and enter food and drink orders into the system, ensuring special dietary requests or preferences are clearly communicated to the kitchen staff.
- Serve dishes and beverages promptly and efficiently while adhering to service standards.
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly set dining areas and service stations before, during, and after service hours.
- Actively monitor dining tables to address guest needs, clear used tableware, and ensure a comfortable dining environment.
- Handle bill presentations and payment processing smoothly and accurately.
- Collaborate proactively with kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service operations and a positive team atmosphere.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience
- A minimum of SSCE
