Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead Vestitude’s full technology transformation.

This role is both strategic and hands-on you will architect, build, and scale our digital ecosystem from the ground up, including platforms for:

• Hospital funding applications
• Investor dashboards and deal management
• Financial and operational analytics
• Internal workflow automation systems
• You will play a core leadership role in shaping the future of Vestitude as a healthtech and fintech hybrid platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technology Strategy & Leadership

•
Define and execute Vestitude’s technology vision and roadmap

•
Align tech strategy with business goals (investment growth, hospital onboarding, ROI tracking)

•
Serve as a key advisor to the executive team on all tech matters

2. Product Development & Platform Buildout

•
Lead the development of:

•
Hospital funding application platform

•
Investor portal (ROI tracking, reporting, deal flow visibility)

•
Internal admin & operations dashboards

•
Oversee UI/UX, backend architecture, APIs, and integrations

•
Ensure scalability, security, and performance of all systems

3. Digital Transformation of Operations

•
Convert manual workflows into automated systems (e.g., credit analysis, documentation, approvals)

•
Integrate tools like Zoho, payment systems, and financial analytics tools

•
Build or integrate AI-driven tools for:

•
Bank statement analysis

•
Credit scoring for hospitals

•
Investment decision support

4. Team Building & Management

•
Recruit, lead, and manage a high-performing tech team (developers, product designers, data analysts)

•
Establish engineering culture, processes, and best practices

•
Manage external vendors and development partners where necessary

5. Data & Security

•
Implement data governance, privacy, and cybersecurity standards

•
Ensure compliance with financial and healthcare data regulations

•
Build robust reporting and analytics capabilities

6. Innovation & Growth

•
Identify opportunities for new tech-enabled products (e.g., embedded financing, SaaS tools for hospitals)

•
Stay ahead of trends in HealthTech, FinTech, and AI

•
Support fundraising efforts by articulating the company’s tech vision to investors

Key Requirements



Academic Background

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certification is an advantage

Experience

•
Proven experience as a CTO, Tech Lead, or Senior Engineer in a startup or high-growth environment

•
Experience building scalable digital platforms from scratch

•
Background in FinTech, HealthTech, or SaaS platforms is a strong advantage

•
Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zoho, APIs, low-code platforms) is a plus

Technical Skills

•
Full stack, with strong knowledge of modern tech stacks (e.g., JavaScript frameworks, Python, cloud infrastructure)

•
Experience with:

API integrations

Database architecture

•
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

•
Understanding of AI/ML applications in finance or operations is a plus
