We seek a Chief Security Officer to lead and elevate our security operations across our hotel facilities. Our ideal candidate must understand the role of the security team in the delivery of high-end guest experience.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive hotel security strategy tailored to our hospitality operations.
  • Oversee daily security operations, including access control, surveillance, and patrols across all facilities.
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, VIPs, and hotel property.
  • Lead emergency response procedures (fire, medical, evacuation, security threats).
  • Conduct routine risk assessments of hotel facilities, events, and guest activities.
  • Supervise, train, and manage security personnel to maintain professionalism and discretion.
  • Collaborate with hotel management to ensure security measures align with guest satisfaction goals.
  • Investigate incidents, complaints, and breaches, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
  • Liaise with local law enforcement, emergency services, and private security partners.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality industry regulations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Hospitality Management, Criminology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in security operations, preferably within hotels or hospitality environments.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest relations, and service excellence.
  • Knowledge of modern security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems).
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPP) are an advantage.
