Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across the Dental and Optical units
- Drive operational efficiency and outstanding patient experience
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of clinical and non-clinical staff
- Strengthen internal processes to support organizational growth
- Implement performance management systems that enhance productivity
- Develop new revenue streams and strengthen existing ones
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, regulations, and policies
- Support the CEO in strategic planning and business expansion initiatives
Requirements:
- Female professional with strong emotional intelligence and leadership presence
- Minimum of 4 years’ managerial experience (healthcare setting is an advantage, not a must)
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and creativity
- Passionate about delivering quality healthcare services
- A proactive problem solver with unquestionable integrity
