Diamond Shine is seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead and optimize the company’s overall operations. The COO will drive operational efficiency, service excellence, and revenue growth across all business units, including cleaning, upholstery, and specialized services such as drone cleaning.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals, growth, and market expansion.
  • Oversee daily operations across all service units, ensuring efficiency, quality service delivery, and compliance with SOPs and HSE standards.
  • Drive revenue growth through support for sales, client acquisition, and expansion of existing customer relationships.
  • Manage customer experience, ensuring high service standards, effective feedback systems, and strong client retention.
  • Monitor performance using KPIs, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement across teams.
  • Oversee budgets, procurement, and resource allocation to optimize costs and maximize profitability.
  • Improve processes and workflows, including adoption of technology and automation where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance and manage operational risks, safeguarding company assets and maintaining regulatory standards.
  • Lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of professionalism, efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Report on operational performance and strategic progress to the Managing Director.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in a Chief Operations Officer role.
  • Preferably with experience in hospitality, cleaning, or facility maintenance sectors.
  • Strong background in operations management, financial oversight, and process optimization.
  • Proven ability to drive business growth and manage large teams.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management tools.

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 - 450,000
