Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the organization's daily operations and ensuring that strategic objectives are effectively translated into operational excellence.
- Lead cross-functional teams, optimize business processes, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient experiences.
- Working closely with the CEO and other executive leaders,

Requirements:
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- A master's degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
- Applicants should have at least 5–10 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably within healthcare, hospitality, or other service-driven industries.
- Strong strategic planning, financial management, people leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving operational efficiency.
