Role Description The Chief of Staff & Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos Mainland. This role supports the executive leadership team by driving strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring operational alignment across the organization. The position includes managing executive priorities, preparing briefing materials, and tracking progress against key business objectives. On the business development side, the role involves identifying new market opportunities, nurturing client relationships, supporting proposal development, and collaborating with technical teams to shape tailored cybersecurity, cloud, and training solutions. The individual will also contribute to internal process improvements, performance reporting, and the development of scalable systems that enable growth.
Qualifications

• Strong business development skills, including opportunity identification, client relationship management, and proposal or pitch preparation.
• Experience with strategic planning, project coordination, and execution of cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, particularly within technology or professional services sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and diverse teams.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, including prioritization, documentation, and follow-through on complex tasks.
• Background in technology, cybersecurity, cloud computing, or related fields is highly beneficial, along with an interest in tech training and talent development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, Business Development, Strategy, or Operations role, preferably within a growing organization or startup environment.
