We seek to hire a suitable candidate for this role. The chief financial officer will be the head of accounts, holding himself accountable to only the CEO and board and also holding every single staff member that manages financial services accountable to him across all branches of the company. Together with the chief operating officer, the chief medical director, and the company secretary, he will co-manage every single aspect of the hospital.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all financial operations across the organization, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Serve as the Head of Accounts, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance in all financial activities.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and board to support decision-making and long-term growth.
- Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and systems across all branches.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and risk management initiatives.
- Supervise and hold accountable all finance-related staff across the organisation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with the COO, Chief Medical Director, and Company Secretary to co-manage overall hospital operations and strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
- A master's degree (MBA or MSc in finance/accounting) is highly desirable.
- Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ICAN)
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting.
- At least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.
- People without competitive experience should not apply.
- Experience in private healthcare financing or speciality hospitals is an added advantage.
- Experience in financial planning, corporate finance, and risk management.
