Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will oversee the strategic direction and overall management of the organization, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives. Responsibilities include leading business planning and operations, driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and fostering organizational excellence to ensure ITG’s sustained success and impact. The CEO will work closely with the executive team, shareholders, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Finance, including budgeting, financial planning, and efficient resource allocation.
• Strong Operations Management and Business Planning skills to optimize processes and achieve organizational goals.
• Experience in Sales and market development to drive revenue and forge strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability in Strategic Planning to align business goals with long-term vision and mission.
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills to inspire and manage diverse teams.
• Proven track record of leading a company or large organization, with experience in the e-learning or education industry preferred.
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus.
