Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes, menu specifications, and quality standards.
- Ensure proper presentation, taste, and consistency of all dishes served.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Plan and organize daily food preparation to meet service demands.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering ingredients and supplies.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Innovate and suggest new dishes or menu items when required.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage cooking equipment and ensure proper maintenance.

Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc. qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
