Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of local and international dishes efficiently
- Ensure proper food presentation and portioning
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Monitor food stock and kitchen supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Create meal plans and suggest menu improvements when necessary
- Properly store food items and manage kitchen operations effectively
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a Chef or Cook
- Culinary school certification is compulsory
- Good knowledge of both local and continental/international dishes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and food hygiene
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good communication and teamwork skills
