We are seeking a highly organised, creative, and health-conscious Domestic Chef to manage the daily culinary operations of a busy private residence. The ideal candidate is not just a great cook, but a self-sufficient kitchen manager. You will be responsible for menu planning, grocery procurement, food preparation, and strict kitchen hygiene.

Responsibilities:
Menu Planning & Culinary Preparation
- Design rotating weekly menus based on the family’s preferences, seasonal availability, and nutritional requirements.
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks accordingly; must be comfortable with both quick weekday meals and elaborate multi-course dinner parties.
- Accommodate specific dietary needs without compromising on flavour.
Kitchen Maintenance & Hygiene
- Leave the kitchen in pristine condition after every service; all pots, pans, and surfaces cleaned.
- Oversee the organisation of kitchen equipment and notify of any broken or required appliances.
- Adhere to strict food safety standards
Event & Household Integration
- Collaborate with other household staff to coordinate meals for family members’ schedules or visiting guests.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a private household, luxury yacht, or high-end restaurant kitchen.
- Formal culinary training (Culinary degree or recognised apprenticeship) preferred.
- Extremely high standards of cleanliness.
- Discreet, professional, and respectful of privacy.
