Job summary
We are seeking a Chef de Partie to manage an assigned kitchen section with responsibility for mise en place, cooking execution, portion control, and presentation quality, while helping maintain kitchen discipline and consistency.

Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of a designated kitchen section and execute dishes according to approved recipes and plating standards.
- Plan section prep, maintain readiness for service, and control stock usage within the section.
- Supervise junior kitchen staff within the assigned section and ensure proper task allocation.
- Check quality, freshness, and portion control of ingredients and finished dishes.
- Maintain strict hygiene, labelling, storage, and HACCP-style safety practices.
- Support menu testing, specials, and continuous improvement under the chef's leadership.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong line cook ready to step up.
- Good technical cooking skills and understanding of station management.
- Strong sense of discipline, timing, quality control, and teamwork.
- Ability to work efficiently in a structured kitchen environment.
