Job summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie (Pasta & Burner Section) to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality pasta dishes, managing the burner section, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring smooth food production.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pasta dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
- Manage the burner section, including sauces, grilling, and hot kitchen preparations.
- Ensure proper food presentation and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages when necessary.
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
- Follow food safety and kitchen procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of pasta preparation and hot kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
