Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Cater to the needs of all customers, delivering exceptional food and service
- Deliver consistent, high food standards in line with Milestone Boutique Apartments brand values.
- Create fresh, seasonal, and innovative dishes inspired by national and intercontinental cuisines
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and Health & Safety practices and record keeping.
- Manage allergy reporting and ensure accurate signposting for customers.
- Oversee budgeting, ordering, and stock control
Requirements:
- Minimum of S.S.C.E. qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- A genuine love of food and teamwork
- Positive attitude and strong leadership skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in a busy environment
- Proven experience in a high-end hospitality or similar venue
- Local knowledge and experience working in the area
- Passion for exceptional service and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of service styles and current food trends
- Creative and innovative approach to menu development
- Excellent presentation, organization, and time management skills
- Proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach
