Drugstoc is seeking passionate and experienced Category Managers to drive growth and optimize performance across key product categories. We currently have openings in:

• Category Manager (Cosmetics & Personal Care)
• Category Manager (Prescription & Vaccines)

This role is critical to shaping product assortment strategies, strengthening supplier relationships, and ensuring category excellence in a fast-growing and innovative healthcare and FMCG company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing and reliable supply.
• Optimize product assortment and ensure alignment with market trends and customer needs.
• Analyze category performance, identify opportunities, and implement data-driven improvements.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to maximize value and strengthen partnerships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver category objectives.
• Monitor market dynamics and proactively adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to management.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• Proven experience in category management, supplier relations, and product assortment strategy.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth and optimize category performance.
• Experience in healthcare, FMCG, or related industries is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• MBA will have an added advantage
