Responsibilities:
- Processing of customers transactions in a timely manner
- Handling of all payments and Receipt
- Providing excellent customer service
- Managing returns and ensuring pricing is accurate
- Accurately records purchase in point of sales system
Requirements:
- Minimum HND
- 2 years of work experience in Customer Service role
- Excellent communications (Written and Spoken)
- Accountability, Integrity and Politeness
