Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Process Transactions: Scan items, input product codes, and handle cash, credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments accurately.
- Handle Cash Drawer: Count cash at the start and end of shifts, calculate correct change, and balance registers.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, apply coupons, and resolve complaints or returns.
- Maintain Work Area: Keep the checkout counter clean, organized, and stocked with bags and receipts.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of an HND/ Degree.
- No experience/ less than 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
- Have experience using a POS.
Remuneration: NGN 120,000
