Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process customer payments (cash, POS, transfers, or other payment methods).
  • Issue receipts and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently and correctly.
  • Balance cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Ensure correct pricing and billing of all items ordered.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding bills, payments, or charges.
  • Report any discrepancies, shortages, or system issues to management immediately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Minimum of an HND
