Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer payments (cash, POS, transfers, or other payment methods).
- Issue receipts and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Operate the POS system efficiently and correctly.
- Balance cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Ensure correct pricing and billing of all items ordered.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding bills, payments, or charges.
- Report any discrepancies, shortages, or system issues to management immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Minimum of an HND
