Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Process payments: Accept and process various forms of payment, including cash, checks, credit cards, and electronic funds transfers.
- Issue receipts: Generate and provide accurate receipts for all transactions.
- Manage patient accounts: Post charges to patient accounts and ensure all payments are correctly allocated.
- Balance cash drawer: Reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, balancing receipts against cash received.
- Handle billing inquiries: Answer patient questions related to bills, balances, and payment options.
- Verify insurance: Confirm patient insurance coverage and eligibility.
- Prepare financial reports: Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports on financial transactions.
Requirements:
- Must have post-NYSC job experience.
- Must be highly computer-skilled
- Must reside in Lagos
- Previous experience and certifications in accounting are an added advantage.
Remuneration: NGN 2,400,000 per annum, plus or minus, depending on experience.
Location: 7, Ologun Agbaje Street, off Adeola Odeku Street, Victoria Island.
