Job Description

  1. Assessing, Contracting, & process orders for shipment.
  2. Taking account of daily transactions. 
  3. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  4. Handling inquiries by walk-in customers.
  5. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  6. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  7. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  8. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  9. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  10.  Escalate customer queries and complaints as the case may be.
  11. Ensures shipments are shelved according to their locations.
  12. Co-ordinate the daily warehousing activities.
  13. Responsible for keeping a close eye on the movements of shipments from in and out of the warehouse.
  14. Handles the organization and operation of a warehouse.
