Summary

A Camera Operations Officer is responsible for managing the visual elements of video production for our client. This role involves planning, executing, and overseeing all aspects of camera work, lighting, and visual composition to ensure the final output meets high standards of quality and creativity.

Job Responsibilities

1. Visual Planning:

• Collaborate with directors and producers to understand the visual requirements of each project.

• Develop visual concepts and shot lists that align with the project's objectives.

1 . Camera Operation:

• Operate cameras during shoots or supervise camera operators to ensure the desired visual style is achieved.

• Select appropriate camera equipment and lenses for each project.

3 . Lighting Design:

• Design and implement lighting setups that enhance the mood, atmosphere, and overall look of the production.

• Ensure proper lighting for both indoor and outdoor shoots.

Qualification and Experience

• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Film Production, Cinematography, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in cinematography.

• Experience in a church or non-profit environment is a plus.

• Proficiency in using professional camera and lighting equipment.
