Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café.
- Manage and supervise staff to ensure high performance and efficiency.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Drive sales and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Handle scheduling, staff coordination, and operational planning.
- Ensure the café environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a café or restaurant (compulsory).
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Proactive, organized, and result-driven.
- Must be able to work long hours consistently.
- Must be ready to resume immediately.
- Must reside in Ajah, VGC, or its environs (mandatory).
Location: VGC, Lekki (Applicants must reside in Ajah, VGC, or nearby environs).
