Campus Sales Manager
Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business/Campus Sales Manager to drive adoption of the PI app among young and digitally inclined audiences. This is a performance-focused role that requires proactive outreach, strong persuasion skills, and the ability to consistently convert prospects into active users.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-ground outreach and engagement to promote the PI app to young and digitally inclined individuals.
- Identify and engage potential participants in high-traffic youth environments.
- Initiate conversations, introduce the application, and guide prospects through the registration process on the spot.
- Distribute promotional materials and explain app benefits clearly and confidently.
- Collect and qualify leads from physical interactions and convert them into completed sign-ups
- Build relationships with community leaders, coordinators, and organizers who can facilitate access to groups of potential participants.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, or SMS to ensure completed registrations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sign-ups, and outreach activities in the company’s tracking system.
- Provide feedback on high-performing locations, outreach strategies, and audience responses.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years' experience in sales, field marketing, outreach, or community engagement is an advantage.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to approach and engage strangers confidently.
- Comfortable working in field-based environments and high-mobility roles
- Ability to explain application benefits clearly and handle objections effectively.
- Familiarity with basic digital tools and online registration processes
- Strong organisational skills and ability to track leads and follow-ups
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic, proactive, and comfortable meeting aggressive performance targets.
- Base pay provided, subject to meeting agreed performance targets
