Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Business Unit Head to work closely with the Director in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience and expertise.
Job Summary
As Business Unit Head, your key tasks would be as below:
- Leading, coaching, and motivating a diverse sales team managing both OTC and pharmaceutical drug portfolios.
- Developing and implementing marketing and business strategies to drive SBUs growth and diversification in line with organizational goals.
- Leading and guiding product teams, regional sales managers, and key customer accounts — including medical representatives and healthcare professionals — to achieve sales targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance ROI and drive sustainable business growth
- Creating a strategic roadmap for the SBU by identifying current and future business opportunities based on market insights and customer needs
Qualification & Experience
Applications are invited from interested candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Graduate in B.Pharm / Bio-Chemistry and Postgraduate in M.Pharm / PG in Bio-Chemistry.
- 8–10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the pharmaceutical industry, with proven expertise in strategy execution, people management, business development, and key account management.
Skills & Knowledge
The ideal candidate has proven success in sales within the pharmaceutical industry, thrives on action and results, and demonstrates strong persuasive and visionary thinking. You combine strategic insight with excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills to drive growth and inspire teams.
