Job Summary

As Business Trainee you will work at an entry-level professional who supports various departments—such as business development, operations, finance, and HR—while undergoing structured training. The role is designed to build foundational skills in strategy, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment assistance: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Data management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
  • Administrative tasks: Provide support with HR-related administrative tasks, such as filing and document management.
  • Employee onboarding: Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing necessary documents and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Policy development: Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
  • Research and analysis: Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics, such as employee engagement, retention, and benefits.
  • Special projects: Assist with special projects, such as employee surveys, recognition programs, and events.


Requirements:

  • Education: OND, HND, BSC
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail: High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • HR knowledge: Basic knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
