The Business Strategy Officer is responsible for analyzing business performance, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategies that will drive the organization’s long-term success. Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend evaluations to support strategic planning.
  • Identify business opportunities, risks, and areas for operational improvement.
  • Assist management in developing long-term business strategies and actionable plans.
  • Evaluate company performance using key metrics and generate periodic reports.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and strategy documents for management review.
  • Analyze financial performance and recommend cost-effective solutions.
  • Support new business development efforts, partnerships, and expansion strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to management.
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic mindset.
