COMPENSATION
Base Salary: ₦250,000/month (fixed monthly salary based on experience and scope of management).
Performance Bonus: Quarterly bonus based on sales growth, profit margin, and operational KPIs (5%–10% of net quarterly profit)

THE ROLE: HEAD OF OPERATIONS
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Head of Operations who will oversee the end-to-end workflow of the business from sales and client management to production, fulfillment, and team performance.
This role is ideal for someone who can drive revenue, build strong teams, optimize processes, and expand market presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Growth & Development
•
Lead business development efforts to drive revenue across B2B and B2C channels
•
Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and institutions
•
Identify new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities
Operations Management
•
Oversee daily production, quality control, and on-time delivery
•
Manage workflow from client briefing → design → production → packaging → dispatch
•
Improve processes, optimize resource utilization, and enhance operational efficiency
Team Leadership & HR
•
Manage cross-functional teams: design, production, marketing, and customer service
•
Set KPIs, monitor performance, and build a culture of accountability
•
Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and staff retention initiatives
Marketing & Brand Growth
•
Oversee digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
•
Collaborate with the marketing team on product promotions and brand visibility.
•
Track campaign performance and customer engagement analytics.
Finance & Administration
•
Manage budgets, cash flow, and operational expenses.
•
Oversee procurement, inventory, and supplier management.
•
Prepare and present monthly performance reports to the CEO,
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
•
4-7+ years experience in operations or business management (branding/printing experience is a plus)
•
Demonstrated success in sales leadership and operational management.
•
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and business productivity platforms (Google Workspace, Zoho, etc.).
